Patty is the Director of Operations for the Monogram Group. She brings over 8 years of human resource, financial and administrative experience in the marketing and advertising fields. Prior to joining Monogram, Patty was Director of Human Resources at Upshot and Manager of Administrative Services at Urban Accents. She’s always up to sharing some amusing stories over a few beers at Monk’s.
Patricia studied Sociology at the University of Dayton. She is currently taking night classes at Northeastern Illinois University focusing on Business Administration.
