Jackie has over 28 years of experience as a market research professional. Her professional credentials include both qualitative and quantitative research. She has extensive experience in brand image development, customer satisfaction, new product development, customer segmentation, employee surveys, advertising message development and copy testing. Her background includes the use of computer-aided multivariate analysis that incorporates factor analysis, conjoint analysis and cluster analysis.

Prior to joining MonogramGroup, Jackie spent 11 years with Ameritech, most recently as Corporate Director of Market Research. In that role, her responsibilities included managing primary market research for brand management, advertising, media and employee relations. In previous roles with Ameritech, she was Director of Market Research for the Consumer Unit and Ameritech Development Corp., supporting new products, venture capital and M&A activities. Before Ameritech, Jackie held two positions with First Chicago. Initially, she was the Market Research Manager for the Consumer Bank, where she conducted customer tracking studies, advertising awareness studies and market segmentation studies. Subsequently, she was promoted to Market Research Manager/Product Development Manager with FCC National Bank (the credit card arm of First Chicago), where she coordinated all market research activities. Included in her work were studies that analyzed service quality, market segmentation and advertising effectiveness. She earned her MBA from Loyola University in Chicago. She received her B.A. in English and History from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
