Amy has over 15 years of experience working across print, digital, and web design to create designs that drive engagement, strengthen brand identity, and tell compelling stories. The daughter of a creative director, she grew up playing around in Photoshop, and fell in love with design when she discovered its power not just for visual appeal, but as a tool for communication and problem solving — a perspective that shapes how she approaches every brand challenge, whether for an established enterprise or a PE-backed company building its market presence.

Prior to joining MonogramGroup, Amy worked at Mess, a boutique web design agency in Chicago, with clients including the Chicago Architecture Center and HubSpot. Before that, she worked at Column Five, a digital marketing agency specializing in B2B SaaS clients such as Dropbox, Zendesk, and Blend.

Amy graduated with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Kendall College of Art & Design and has a certificate in UI/UX design from General Assembly.
