Adam has over 20 years of experience in film and production. An Emmy Award-winning director, his goal is to take the creative load off marketing departments — functioning as more than a production vendor and instead as a true creative partner. That approach resonates especially with PE-backed portfolio companies and brand teams that need high-caliber video and photo content without the overhead of managing production themselves.

Adam got his start making videos in the music industry before earning a role as Senior Segment Producer for NBC’s 1st Look and Open House, where he pitched, wrote, shot, and finished each segment. He went on to direct music videos and branded content, developing a cinematic style rooted in authenticity and wonder. His extensive creative range — from commercials and brand films to social content and documentary — allows him to capture tone and nuance across categories. He has directed work for clients including McLaren Racing, Marriott, Saxx Underwear, DoorDash, and Mamba.

Adam graduated with a B.A. in Telecommunications from Ball State University.
