Lehr

Unifying a complex M&A footprint into a scalable, strategic national brand.

Lehr emerged from seven acquisitions under Broadwing Capital's buy-and-build strategy. Despite unparalleled depth in emergency vehicle upfitting and first-responder solutions, the fragmented brand presence limited national visibility, operational consistency, and customer experience.

The Challenge
Broadwing Capital partnered with MonogramGroup to architect a consolidated brand strategy capable of streamlining multiple legacy identities into a unified branded house. This framework was built to support rapid acquisition integration and future growth while accelerating both business development and talent recruiting. The engagement culminated in a digital ecosystem strategically aligned to drive revenue generation and operational excellence.

Our Solution
MonogramGroup guided Lehr through a disciplined brand and digital transformation that balanced strategic insight with tactical deliverables — all within a high-velocity M&A context. The work began with brand architecture and identity consolidation to establish a unified foundation. From there, we developed a specialized microsite to support acquisition-target messaging and stakeholder communication. The transformation was completed with a full brand website and redirect strategy that seamlessly integrated legacy digital properties into a cohesive, modern presence.

ACQUISITION-TARGETING MICROSITE

To support Lehr’s rapid growth, MonogramGroup first launched a microsite strategically targeted at acquisition prospects. This stand-alone digital presence conveyed Lehr’s value proposition, investment thesis, integration philosophy, and cultural DNA — serving as both a selling tool for targets and a narrative centerpiece for sponsor communications.

FULL BRAND WEBISTE & REDIRECT STRATEGY

While developing the microsite, we also built an end-to-end branded website representing Lehr’s full service footprint. This included migration planning and SEO-optimized redirect strategy from all legacy domains, clear service hierarchies and location rollups, and scalable design systems and content modules tailored for ongoing portfolio expansion.
