Chip has 30+ years of design, art direction, and project management experience. He has produced award-winning creative for websites, visual identity systems, online/offline advertising, video, print collateral, and more — with a consistent focus on building brand assets that communicate credibility, differentiation, and long-term value. Since 2005, he has won numerous awards for creative and strategic excellence from the Mobius, Creativity Annual, Tower, and PICA competitions. Chip has been with MonogramGroup since 1999.

Prior to joining MonogramGroup, Chip spent over four years working for Malcolm Grear Design in Providence, RI, one of the most prestigious firms in the U.S. During his tenure, he worked on assignments for the Atlanta Olympics. Before that, he worked for two years with The Stephenz Group, where he worked with clients such as Epson and Hitachi. Across PE-backed and enterprise clients alike, Chip’s design leadership helps portfolio companies present with the polish and consistency that builds trust with customers, partners, and acquirers.

Chip graduated with a B.A. in Visual Communication Design from Purdue University.
