Mike has over 20 years of design, art direction, and project management experience. Curious and inquisitive, Mike has a knack for translating business objectives into disruptive creative strategies — a skill that proves especially valuable for portfolio companies that need to rapidly elevate their brand to match their growth ambitions or market position.

Prior to joining MonogramGroup, Mike worked at TGS, a boutique Chicago design agency, where he led creative for clients such as Bosch, True Value Hardware, and SC Johnson. While partnering with SC Johnson and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on a global health project, he traveled to Rwanda to perform user research. Across B2B, industrial, consumer goods, finance, and health sectors, Mike brings the same rigor and creativity that helps brands stand out and scale.

Mike graduated with an Associate’s in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes International Minnesota and a Bachelor’s in Communication from Northwestern University.
