Shannon has over 3 years of brand and project management experience. As an Account Director, she is primarily responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of project management and establishing effective lines of communication between MonogramGroup and its clients — including PE sponsors and portfolio companies navigating brand strategy, repositioning, or launch.

Prior to joining MonogramGroup, Shannon spent three years at the Holt Brothers Foundation as Program Coordinator, spearheading marketing campaigns and launching fundraising initiatives. She studied at North Carolina State University, where she was a two-time captain of the Division I swim team and President of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. In her free time, she tours as a professional performing artist with the highly acclaimed Trinity Irish Dance Company.

Shannon graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from North Carolina State University.
